Which can be prepared using ingredients that are almost present in all our households.
This drink is easy to make & almost everyone can have it.
Excess of fat in our body not only makes us self conscious but it is also harmful.

Ingredients To Make Weightloss Drink At Home
1 glass of water
I tbsp of jeera
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
1/2 slice of lemon
How To Make Detox Drink To Lose Fat At Home
The procedure to make this fat-burning drink is quite easy.
Take 1 glass of water & add it to the pan
When water is warm add a teaspoon of jeera & freshly grated ginger to it & bring it to boil.
The color of the drink starts to change, wait until it starts boiling
Then turn the gas off & let the drink cool down…
now add the half slice of the lemon to it & mix well
Now the fat burning tea is reading…
You can have this daily on empty stomach in the morning & within a week you will see the results.
To enhance the effectivity of this drink I will recommend you chew 5-6 curry leaves after having this drink.
It is optional but really beneficial.
This weight loss drink can be consumed by both men & women.
Consuming this drink daily will remove fat from your body.
