Include these in your diet & you’ll see a significant rise in your hemoglobin

Iron-Rich Fruits
Strawberry
These are one of my favorite fruits, amazing for your health, not only it will help to increase your HB but it is also sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free , low-calorie food.
You can have it in its original form or you can make a strawberry smoothie or strawberry juice or even strawberry cake. I personally love to eat Strawberry in their raw form & I strongly recommend doing the same to increase your hemoglobin
Watermelon
Watermelon is a blessing for anyone who is having low hemoglobin levels or anemia. It is not just rich in iron but also a good source of vitamin C. This helps in better absorption of iron and in turn, improves the hemoglobin levels for you
Honestly, Watermelon in itself is super tasty & refreshing but if you want you can consume it in juice/smoothie form as well
I personally love eating watermelon by sprinkling some black salt & red chili powder on it. It tastes divine but if you want it to keep completely healthy. Just enjoy watermelon in its true form
Apples
Apple a day keeps the doctor away, trust me it is not just a saying
Apple is an amazing fruit, whether it is for babies, adults, or elders apples are best for everyone
Apples are great for your heart, lung, gut health, helps in weight loss, asthma, bone health. For babies, apples are a must-have food
Now coming to hemoglobin, let’s see how apples can help to increase hemoglobin
Filled with Vitamin C & Iron, apples work wonders to prevent anemia & improve your hemoglobin level
Again eating apples just as it is with no addon is perfect but if you want you can also have apple juice, smoothie, or even apple pancake, etc. Apple puree is best for babies
I personally eat apples by adding a pinch of chat masala.( not absolutely healthy but it tastes nice)
Banana
Banana is not only a fruit but it is a feeling, It is a sacred fruit that is an integral part of all our Hindu customs (especially in south India)
On every occasion after food, you’ll be mostly served with bananas. You see just like people finish their food with desert we finish it with a banana
Banana is a fruit fill with nutrients, not only it is amazing for your inner health, it helps a lot with your skin & hair care as well
Include banana in your diet & you’ll see the difference. It will help with digestion as well

Oranges

It is one of the best foods to increase hemoglobin; thanks to the exceptional nutritional value it has. Drink pomegranate juice daily to ensure your levels are up
