Refreshing Cucumber Drink Recipe
Today in the morning I tried this & trust me it tastes amazing
It is pretty easy & almost all the ingredients are readily available at home so you can easily make it
It is a refreshing drink that you have in the morning or evening
Cucumber Drink Recipe
Here are the ingredients that you’ll be
1 Cucumber
3/4 cup of water
a few fresh mint leaves
1 lemon
1 tsp of black salt
1/2 tsp of chat masala
Jaggery powder(Optional)
How To Prepare Cucumber Drink
Take a fresh cucumber, wash it off completely & don’t peel off the skin. Cut the cucumber into small pieces & add it to a blender. Make sure you use a good blender
Add some mint leaves to it, cut a lemon & squeeze lemon juice in it.
Add Black Salt & chat masala to it & add water to it & blend it.
Once blended, take out the mixture & strain the juice
now add a bit of sugar/honey or jaggery powder to enhance the taste, you can adjust the consistency of the drink based on your taste.
Now take a glass & add 5-6 ice cubes to it & add the juice to it. Your refreshing cucumber juice is ready.
If you are going on a Juice diet you can include this in it as well
Tip:
If you want to make a cucumber drink for weight loss, skip sweeteners(if you had to use, honey is ok) & add ginger, black pepper to this drink. You can have it on an empty stomach
