Hey Guys, today I’m sharing with you an amazing veg salad recipe, this salad is filled with nutrition, awesome in taste & really easy to make
This a vegetarian salad & can be included in weight diet as well
This is one of my favorites, My mom makes them, it has been part of my favorite food since i was young
The main ingredient of this weight loss salad is mung bean sprouts
As we all know mung beans are amazing for our health, they have so many health benefits, mung beans are high in nutrients & antioxidants
They are really good for our heart, our digestive system, mung beans are quite good for weight loss, in fact, it is one of the best food that promotes weight loss, mung beans also lowers the “bad” LDL cholesterol, blood pressure & sugar
The benefits of mung beans are endless & making this salad is effortless

Never Cook Mung Beans Sprouts
I know there are many Mung Bean Sprouts recipes that involve cooking them, esp in south India mung beans are called madake kallu & its sabzi is way too popular
also the amazing misal, I love it BUT if you are eating Mung Beans solely for the health benefits to losing weight, to control cholesterol, bp or sugar then please avoid cooking them
because when you cook these sprouts it loses many of their amazing nutrients
Take Them In Small Quantities & Before 5 Pm
Mung Bean Sprouts can be hard to digest & might make some people gassy. so it better to have them in small quantities, also I would recommend you to have sprouts when the sun is up.
This is not a medical or proven fact but something I personally felt, whenever I eat sprouts after sundown like for dinner or something, Some times it gives me a stuffed nose
So I would recommend you to have it in the morning or afternoon but not after the sundown
Ingredients you’ll need for Mung Bean Sprouts Recipe
Mung Bean Sprouts 2 cup (Quantity according to the no of people you wanna serve)
here this will be enough for 4-5 people
Vegetables For salad
1 small onion grated (Not White Onions)
1 cucumber grated
a handful of coriander leaves – finely chopped
1 carrot grated
spring onions (optional)
1 finely chopped tomato (not too ripped)
Salad Dressing
Lemon Juice
Salt
Chilli Powder
Chat Masala
gram masala (optional)
a pinch of jaggery powder

adjust the quantity of the spices according to your taste, I love it to be chatpata spicy. you can make the dressing according to your taste
How To Make Mung Bean Sprouts Salad – Weight Loss Recipe
Take a mixing bowl & add mung sprouts to it. make sure you have washed them correctly
now add – grated onion, carrot, cucumber to it. if you don’t want to grated onion make sure you finely chop it
and mix it well. now add spring onion, tomato & coriander leaves & mix it again
now take a bowl to make salad dressing, in a bowl add lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt, a pinch of jaggery powder just to add a bit of sweetness to it. but if you want, you can skip it
add chat masala & gram masala to it. if you just add one of this
Mix it well, until the jaggery powder is dissolved & then pour the dressing on the vegetables, now mix it all together
And your super simple & tasty Mung Bean sprouts salad is ready
