How to have Ashwagandha
You can easily include Ashwagandha as a part of your breakfast or evening snack
Take 1 tsp of Ashwagandha daily & you’ll see its positive effect on your body
Just take 1 glass of milk & heat it up
Once the milk is hot enough, turn off the flame & transfer the milk to a glass or mug
Now add 1 tbsp of ashwagandha powder to it & stir it well
It is easily dissolvable so it won’t take much time…now your drink is ready
Have it in the morning or evening…If you are lactose tolerant or doesn’t like milk
You can take this with water too, just replace milk with water
Let me be honest, this drink whether you take it with milk or water, won’t taste great, but it is dam healthy
If you want to make it tasty & healthy, you can add the ashwagandha powder to any shake or a smoothie
